I was so honored to be able to take these photos for Ben + Rachel. Rachel is a photographer as well. It was my first time to meet Ben and to see them interact with each other. He absolutely adores her. Oh, and we pretty much laughed the entire time. Those are the best kind of sessions. They will soon be welcoming little Marilla Jean into their little family, and I could not be more happy for them. They will be wonderful parents- and isn’t her name awesome?! ENJOY!

When Ben found out that they were going to have a baby, he got on his knees and prayed for Rachel’s belly and they baby that was growing inside. Such a special moment that we wanted to capture.
