clayton + caroline | missouri wedding photographer

I have never seen a couple more giddy with excitement to see each other on their wedding day. While Caroline was getting ready, she maintained a sense of peace and calm and was only joined by her mom and sister. There were many sweet moments where knowing glances were exchanged, but words were few.

Clayton and Caroline have known and loved each other since the days in high school when they would exchange handwritten notes in class.  They share many similar interests and are quite content to have a coffee date at Village Inn to discuss books and world affairs. Caroline always prayed that she would marry someone like her grandpa, and she found just that man in Clayton.

I could not be more happy for this wonderful couple. Not only are they beautiful, but they have the biggest, most generous hearts. I can’t wait to see what the Lord does through their lives. Caroline blogs over HERE. I think you will love her posts!

The wedding took place at the always-lovely Integrity Hills.

Bride’s dress: Georgio’s Bridal in Waco, TX. Bride’s jewelry: family pearls

Bride’s makeup: Jennifer Chadwell at Lancôme Bride’s hair: Brenda Bowling at Bangz

Caroline is most definitely a daddy’s girl. They shared a special moment when he came into the room and saw her for the first time.

They could not even wait to see each other. Once they did, you could tell that everything was right in their worlds.

Tuxes: Norman’s  Bridesmaids dresses: Mori Lee

The bridesmaids prayed over Caroline right before the ceremony. It was a really special moment.

The greatest best man toast ever. He even drank his two cups of coffee to prepare for it. 😉

Another amazing cake from Celebrations by Sonja!

All of these guys surprised Caroline by singing “Sweet Caroline”. If they didn’t know all of the words to the verses? No problem! They just brought up the lyrics on their phones!

And they had so much fun dancing the night away! 🙂 DJ: All That Music

The couple honeymooned on a Mexican Riviera Cruise.
I wish you all the best, Clayton + Caroline!
